HR is run by one person and when HR has not operated ethically and you’ve followed the proper chain of command you are redirected instead of assisted. They low ball you on salaries when you can clearly see the success of the company, and take advantage of the younger employees who are less likely to speak up. Company is legit structured like a cult “founding father’s” call the shots, make and break the rules, and then banish you when you ask questions or speak up. If you don't fall for their cult like environment, approve of their insane rules, or agree with the way patients are treated, you are shunned and looked down on. They also do a lot of sketchy things behind the scenes. Management is always gossiping and trying to get information out of you about different employees. The training is poor and pretty much non existent for new employees, and they are never satisfied with how well their employees are doing. Also, good luck using PTO because you only get 1 hour every 2 weeks. They overwork front and back staff and don't show any empathy for anyone, no matter the situation. They act as if they care so much about the patients experiences, when in reality, they just don't want the patients to tell anyone about their negative experience because it will ruin their reputation.Įveryday in the office is stressful for the team and when concerns are brought to management, they don't do anything about it. They also low ball you in your pay despite the incredibly high success and income rate that the company has. They say there is room for growth, but the steps are never taken in order to make that happen. They also push Invisalign because that is where they get the most income from. They want their employees to push treatments that may not even be fully necessary for patients. Their main concern is the money they receive from their patients. Management micromanages and gives empty promises to their employees. Swish has beautiful offices and seems like an exciting place to work.
